God's challenge to me. . ." Turn it up a few notches!"

Larry and I were driving to a friends house last weekend when we decided to drive through Seabrook, where we used to live. In a way, that seems like "forever" ago! At first, I was sad. I missed the comforts of our own home, the closeness to our church and friends, and the luxury of having a beach down the road! But God didn't let me wallow in this too long. I was reminded that where we are now, where we are at anytime, is only temporary! And it was then, that I looked at Larry and said, "Babe, we need to "turn it up a few notches!" This was in regards to our support raising. Of course, I wasn't really sure what that looked like. But God didn't leave me hanging too long. Sunday's message was titled, "When God calls us-when the time is right-God give us Dynamite Power!

Romans 8:11 says, "And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you."

I thought okay, starting in January, I will. . .STOP! No, not in January, NOW! God was telling me to be BOLD now! To be bold in Christ, to be a conqueror, not someone who is coasting, which is what I had been doing, unfortunately. I don't know if I realized it at the time, but now I do realize it. That God has called Larry and I to a purpose, to a mission that will reach people around the world, and that I better go ahead and start living that way. . .with confidence in Him!
I am soooooo ready! Through talking with friends and family, He has already begun to show me what living "BOLDLY" may look like. I wish I could tell you how I feel right now. I think I'm excited, nervous, and filled with anticipation to see a mighty God do dynamic things as we walk in obedience with Him. I have a feeling, that I have no idea, no earthly idea of this power living inside of me. But I am so ready to experience it. . .To Him, be the glory! Let's do this!
To be continued. . .
